Weekly Services

Here at Faith Bible Church, each service is designed with a specific purpose. No two services are alike, each one having its own unique theme and objective. To get the full spiritual benefit from our church, we encourage all to attend not just our morning service, but our evening service, Sunday school, and mid-week services.  The following is a description of each service.  You can listen to sermons from the pulpit of FBC by clicking on audio sermons.

Sunday Morning Worship Service - Starts at 10:00 a.m.
Our morning service is dedicated primarily to the corporate worship of Almighty God. We strive to focus on who God is and what has done in our lives. Congregational singing, choir anthems, and special music

accompany this service, but without question the heart of the service is the expository preaching from the Word of God, the Bible. Since the Bible reveals who God is, it is only appropriate that we study that revelation in our morning worship service.  Pastor Jim is dedicated to clear expository preaching through the books of the Bible.  Additionally, the gospel is preached and people are often given the opportunity to respond to the message of the gospel. We consider Bible preaching and teaching to be at the very core and heart of what we do here at Faith Bible Church.

Current Series:

Sunday Evening Teaching Service - Starts at 6:00 p.m.
While some congregational singing takes place in the evening service, its primary purpose is the practical teaching from the Bible for everyday life. We strongly believe that the Bible is the sole authority for faith and practice. With this in mind topical series such as, “How to Lead a Person to Christ,” “How to Study the Bible,” “How to Know Right from Wrong,” “A Practical Guide to Biblical Finances” and other lesson series will be studied. Through this service, our desire is to follow the Biblical mandate to “perfect [equip] the saints for the work of the ministry.” Ephesians 4:12

On the first Sunday evening of every month we dedicate the service to the Lord's Supper.  This is a time where we remember Christ's broken body and shed blood.  We practice open communion at FBC.

Wednesday Praise and Prayer Service - Starts at 7:15 p.m.
Most people spend all day, nearly every day being influenced by the pressures of the world. While a short devotional is taught during the mid-week service, the primary focus of this service is to provide a time where people can come and share praises and prayer requests in the middle of the week. We consider our midweek service to be a spiritual “boost” in the midst of the constant pressures of every day living.

Sunday School and Adult Bible Study - Starts at 9:00 a.m.

At Faith Bible Church, our childrens and adults are encouraged and nurtured in spiritual growth through substantive Bible teaching. We have very gifted teachers in every department. Our general adult Sunday School Class is a systematic, verse-by-verse approach through the books of the Bible in an interactive format. Questions can be asked and comments made which fosters a true learning experience. Through this class we assist believers to follow the command found in Colossians 3:16.

"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom: teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him."
(Colossians 3 : 16, 17)
